I’m excited to chat with Sher Griffin, who describes herself as a thrice-exceptional individual with a recently discovered neurotype intersection of autism, giftedness, and ADHD.  Sher Immerses herself in the realm of transformative social change, delving into the intricacies of liberation psychology through her graduate studies at Saybrook University. Sher is also the visionary founder and co-creator of The Compassion Collective: A Phoenix Society, where she curates a diverse community of social misfits for the purpose of navigating the intersections of social exclusion, neurodivergence, and substance use disorders. I have a feeling it’s the misfits who can save us, not conventional ideas. The faster we stop resisting Generation Z and those whom we now describe as neurodiverse, and instead empower them with our trust, the faster we can work towards changing up all those systems that don’t work for enough humans right now.
