Listen "After the water pitcher, take a left."
Episode Synopsis
In this episode I apply 2 study techniques that have worked really well for me to remember more details and make things interesting. As you follow through the discussion and the questions I ask myself and attempt to answer, you will see the application of these techniques firsthand on the story of the Lord's supper. I know it sounds boring; trust me, it is everything but. I asked myself the following questions:
Why did Jesus choose a water pitcher being carried by someone as a sign for their location to be? It sounds like asking someone to take a right by the palm tree in a place full of palm trees.
Why do we see Jesus drinking more than one cup of wine if the Lord's supper we know only includes one cup?
Why Judas and what do we know about his life?
How do the disciples end up arguing over who is the greatest right after Jesus lets them know someone in the room will betray Him? That is a strange transition.
