I was listening to some podcasts over the weekend that were talking about masterminds. This is getting a group of experts together to share what they are working on right now and what they are struggling with to get peer to peer help in all areas of their life. It is so important to have people around you to help you grow in business and in life! It made me think not only are these great questions for a mastermind group, but also great questions to ask your team, your spouse, a friend or even your children! They are thought provoking questions that reveal a lot about a person right away.
