Never think of Mastering as an opportunity to FIX a track.Prior to Mastering,a track should already sound good !
The only thing it's allowed to lack is the sparkle and punch, this is done with Mastering.

IMPORTANT:

Please give us your track in 44.1khz and 24 bit – wav. Please turn off all mastering plugins.
NO LIMITER on the pre master.
If you have a particular sound you wish to capture please send us a version with your own plugins.
Leave at least -3db headroom in the file.
