Hello my beautiful Earth angels, in this episode I dive deeper into the lunar phases and the ways in which we can alchemize the transitions of the luna.I break down the diverse ways the moon can affect us, shadow/light work, divine feminine energy, and how to use these transitions in our favor. From full moon to new moon I also reflect on a bit of history, holistic remedies, crystals and diverse spiritual practices I have cultivated over the years to better connect with the moon and it magick. This topic is definitely a bit more taboo and should be taken with a grain of salt, I am sharing personal ways I tap into my own unique spiritual practices.
