Listen "Commonplace starts this Saturday."
Episode Synopsis
For a long time, I’ve felt the tension between writing quickly and writing carefully. Between producing content and actually saying something worth sitting with.Commonplace is my way of slowing that down. This will be a weekly space for reflections on faith, formation, leadership, fatherhood, culture, and the ordinary moments where God is quietly at work. Just thoughtful writing meant to be read with a cup of coffee and revisited later. There’s also something practical worth naming: Commonplace will replace my normal blog posts on my website. Instead of scattering thoughts across platforms, everything will live here, in one place.Historically, a commonplace book was where people collected ideas, quotes, prayers, and observations that shaped how they lived. That’s the spirit behind this space. I want this to be a place with more substance. Words meant to form, not just inform. The first post drops this Saturday. If you’ve followed along with my writing, sermons, or podcasts over the years, I’d love for you to join me here.https://commonplaceweekly.substack.com/p/commonplace-starts-this-saturday?r=4lns8o&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&triedRedirect=true
