Productivity Burnout
Productivity is a good thing but living your whole life in a competitive Productive environment will drain your mental peace.
Introduction
Ever felt exhausted while doing things that you like and enjoy the most it's due to too much productivity you’re doing. What if I tell you that we have entered into an era where people compete with each other in terms of productivity even I have been a victim of productivity and too much productivity is killing your mental health.
How can we fix this issue of yours?
It's very easy if you feel burnout from your work and passion just take a break from it for about 3-4 weeks max and don't do anything exhausting and stop your work from which you’re exhausted completely.
In these 3 weeks try things that you always wanted to try but you were busy doing your productivity things.
Through this method, you will discover something new and amazing about yourself and you will figure out that things that you were doing in the past have less value than things that you have recently discovered within yourself.
Productivity Burnout is the most common issue faced by everyone in the past 2 years.
It is because you have been into a lockdown and you have discovered that there are more important things in life rather than some things which constantly drain your energy and you too like that thing in the past. Now when everyone has to resume their previous life, The life before the lockdown so the old things have become exhausting for you and you are losing interest in it daily
You need to shortlist your old things which you like and the new things which you will discover in these 3 weeks. And make a frictionless routine that gives you constant breaks and pamper so that this productivity burnout won't hit you again.

Even I have been a victim of productivity burnout where I have managed my college work internship and workouts diet and pet I completely lost myself in this process and I have Tried the 3 weeks Discover Your self Challenge Where I read a lot of books Did things which I always wanted to but didn’t get time to do one thing I have realized to that good sleep is the vital elixir for productivity if I sleep more than 6 hours I feel groggy full day some of you guys need more sleep I need max 4-6 hours per day in these 3 weeks I fixed my sleep cycle. which helped me a lot to boost my Energy to think more clearly and frictionless.
In these 3 weeks
The First week I started waking up early. Fixed my workout routine and added more challenging workouts which I always wanted to try. Read 1 book per week.
I started journaling my thoughts more I have been journaling for 3-4 years but journalling my thoughts I have discovered recently that this work for me. before I used to journal only on routine and to-do lists. And I repeated this process for 2 more weeks
And made a shortlist at the end for new things which I like the most and old things which I still want to continue its been 4 months now I haven't been hit by productivity burnout if I ever hit by it again ik the 3 week discover yourself rule I will reset my self again.
Again I am winding up things
1)Find your Sweet Spot in the number of hours of sleep your body needs.
2) Shortlist things that you like and don't like.
3) Reduce Stress levels.
4) Do things that you always wanted to
