Pennsylvania became the latest state to adapt RUFADAA when Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 320 into law on July 23. In the first episode of Season 2, Jen, Ross, and Justin welcomed Pennsylvania State Senator Tom Killion and Fred Cabell to discuss Pennsylvania’s version of the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act.
