Episode Synopsis
In 1865, William C. Dix wrote the Christmas Carol What Child is This. In 1871 it was set to the tune of Greensleeves a traditional English folk song. The lyrics of this song prompt us to contemplate the identity, the person, and work of the baby in the manger. Is this child truly a holy infant or a mere holiday infant?
