This week ahead of the first episode release of the Newley branded Different Hats podcast I wanted to introduce the podcast, explain the change and some of the principles and purpose behind it. I couldn't do this alone so am joined by my good friend and co founder of Inside Stories the brilliant Gareth Dimelow. The podcast has evolved into something so much more than I had ever imagined, it is where I believe I have found my true Ikigai and therefore wanted to give it its own identity, hence the rebrand.
