My brother Jake, the husband to Nadia, father of two beautiful children, wears many hats in the family business and avid runner. Being introduced to running and loving it at a young age, life got in the way. Then just a few years ago, he re-discovered his love of running and has begun running half and full marathons. He completed the Chicago Marathon last year and is training for the New York marathon later this year. How does he do it all? Enjoy and amp up your dadhood!
