In Design Thunk's first episode I spoke to Fred Seibert. Fred was MTV's first Creative Director, the last President of Hanna-Barbera and most recently Fred Films, after 23 years at his previous company Frederator Studios. At Frederator Studios he produced the animated series Adventure Time, among many other influential shows.
