Welcome to Episode 42 on Giving to, and Receiving from, Others. In this episode, I examined why, for many years, I was always giving, barely or not receiving. I  reflected on my family conditioning, which was instrumental in shaping my foundational beliefs in my interactions with others - how I should always give to, rather than receive from, others.
