As we continue to slog our way through 2020, many of us are finding ourselves at a crossroads. Is it time to reinvent ourselves? Or do we hope that the world will somehow return to the way it used to be? I'm of the mindset that the world is likely not going to look the same on the other side of this. Our jobs will not look the same either. That means agility is the most important skill we all need to strengthen.
