Psalm 74:20
God is not scared of darkness and violence. It is part of what we see in this world.
Gen 1:3
The Spirit of God hovered over darkness. He didn't run away from it.
Sometimes as people who love God, we have challenges in our lives, but in the midst of the challenges, because we are partakers of the divine nature, His promises are there for us as a way of escape.
John 11:1-4
vs 3 so the two sisters sent a message to Jesus telling Him, 'Lord, your dear friend is very sick".
What was Jesus' response? He said "Lazarus' sickness will not end in death"
I pray whatever challenge, sickness, disease, health condition you may be going through will not end in death, shame or any form of loss in Jesus Name.
Jesus said "It is going to be for the glory of God so that the Son of God will receive glory from this". 
Whatever your challenge is understand that:
1. God didn't bring it.
2. It is not because you have sinned.
Sometime those who love God will have challenges and issues...but God promises that it will not end in death. But God's name, power and His glory will be seen out of it.
This is God's promise to you and I declare it will make a difference for you in Jesus Name.
