Listen "God’s Promises 4 our Profiting Pt 4"
Episode Synopsis
Hello!
A beautiful Saturday morning to you in the name of Jesus.
The Bible says the Lord will crown the year for us with his goodness and His paths drop with fatness. I don’t just say that in December. I begin to say it towards the second half of the year. So it’s a good time to begin to confess “The Lord is satisfying my year with His goodness. My path is dropping with fatness.
What is fatness? Fatness is old English. It just means His blessings, rich things. I pray that goodness and riches will come into your life in Jesus Name.
Hebrews 13:1&2 NLT
“Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters. Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!”
Be nice and kind, not just to your brothers and sisters but to strangers. Jesus was talking about Judgement in Matt 25.
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’” Matthew 25:35-40 NLT
Jesus said “if you did not do it to the least of these...if you cannot do it to the people around you, who could not get any advantage from you, then you didn’t do it to me.” What is Jesus saying? He is saying “see me in strangers. Whoever the stranger is, whatever it is you can see in them, see me in everybody.” Be nice to strangers. The whole pandemic issue has made people more individualistic and self centred. God says “be good to strangers”. Why? Because people have entertained angels not knowing. Be hospitable. Be kind, be jovial. There’s nothing wrong in greeting someone first and saying hello, how are you doing? Be the first person to reach out and show some love and kindness. I pray as you do this, the blessing of the Lord will come upon your life and I pray you will discover and find your own angel of help.
God bless you! Have a lovely Saturday.
