“Outthinking Overthinking” is a new podcast from the Emerald Media Group from producer Missy Appel. In this first episode, Missy talks about the struggles that college students face when it comes to anxiety and overthinking. She shares her own experiences with mental health and hopes to help everyone who struggles with mental health issues realize that they’re not so alone.
