A few years ago, at the ageof 41, Dane faced a personal and health crossroads.
After the birth of his second child and five years into his marriage, he felt unhealthy, lacked confidence, and was unmotivated.
Uncomfortable in his own skin,he felt old and tired, struggling to meet the demands of his family and career.
Determined to turn his life around, Dane embarked on a transformative three-year journey, during which he reduced his body fat from 30% to 6% and significantly increased his muscle mass.
This transformation went beyond physical changes, helping him reclaim his confidence.
He adopted a hypertrophy-style training regimen and macro-based nutrition, which proved ideal for men over 35.
The challenging, yet rewarding process inspired Dane to start an online coaching business aimed at helping other men over 35 balancetheir overall health, professional lives, and personal lives combined.
