Amit, Dennis and Sunny overcome their apprehensions and review the 2022 Predator prequel, Prey. We discuss the amazing cinematography, the tense and expertly crafted action sequences, deftly placed easter eggs, and a return to simple and well executed story-telling. Amber Midthunder’s terrific performance as the fierce heroine gives this story its heart, while her surrounding cast and the stunning landscapes give the audience an insight into the rhythms of life for a nomadic Comanche tribe. Include some dastardly French fur collectors and a dog who has more lives than a cat, and you’ve got a terrific addition to the Predator franchise.
