For most organisations, particularly those that are small to mid-size, budget and resources for cybersecurity may not be sufficient to effectively protect their organisation. We find that organisations often don’t understand their cybersecurity position and true risk profile, and so make regularly uninformed decisions or investments (with the little budget they do have) in regards to their cybersecurity programme. Organisations need to identify where their greatest cybersecurity risks lie, and how to close the gaps in a quick and cost-effective way.
