✔️learning that you can ask question and decline procedures
✔️having an unnecessary assisted delivery because it was convenient to the OB’s schedule
✔️having a very difficult start to breastfeeding, nipple trauma, wanting to successfully be able to breastfeeding due to formula shortage
✔️learning how breastfeeding and milk supply works
✔️the importance of using correct terminology when talking about genitals and sex ed
✔️birthing after 42 weeks and the stress this caused on her and her husband
✔️fast labour and using the breath to breathe baby out, experiencing foetal ejection reflex
