On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Chef German Rizzo, an Italian-born restaurateur, consultant, caterer and media personality. Hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy, Chef German received his training at the Culinary Art School in Torino and went on to travel internationally, gaining experience throughout Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Canada, Hungry for more experience and opportunities, he went to New York where he began working for the renown Cipriani Group. Soon thereafter he opened his first restaurant, Vite Vinosteria in 2018. He went on to open Plado Tasting Bar in the East Village and L’Artista Italian Kitchen and Bar in Hamilton Heights.
