In today's episode I am joined with Alex who was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease 10 years ago!
Alex talks about her journey, talking almost a year to get diagnosed, talking about her experience with a stoma bag and how she is doing now with her Crohn's.
We also talk IBD Sirens so we can have the right of way to use the toilet in the car, would be such a good idea and we talk about food, drink and of course Coffee.
