In this week's episode I am talking to experienced yoga teacher Penny Davies.  We discuss the power of stillness, why it is important and how she brings stillness to her students. We also talk about the idea of still ness through movement.  On a podcast entitled creating 'active' lives this discussion about active stillness is important and necessary.About Penny:Penny is a registered and experienced yoga teacher and mentor and specialises in teaching Core Strength Vinyasa yoga , Shred yoga, yoga Nidra and guided meditation. Penny won the Muddy Stiletto award for best yoga teacher in Hampshire & IOW in 2019.As a mature student Penny achieved an accounting & finance degree but changed directions when her mum died. She had a total re-evaluation of her life and what was important to her which is when her interest in stillness started.Penny lives in Whitchurch Hampshire with her partner, her two girls and two large Munsterlanders.
