a little while ago I was asked to speak at an event to raise funds for lung cancer research, and my friend Alice, who has lung cancer and a wolf pack. (see the link - if you'd like to donate).
I was asked to give a 20 minute talk, you can clearly see this is 40 minute podcast! I went a little over time in this podcast, and its absolutely not word for word what I shared in my keynote.
So what is this talk about?
It's about the cause of weight. It's about what weight might be pointing to. It's about understanding how food really doesn't cause weight. It's about how to lose weight without dieting. It's about how to make changes. It's about energy. It's about the accumulation of mass on our bodies (or the accumulation of anything that feels uncomfortable). It’s about remembering; you were always the wolf.
