Listen "SVET Bot | Physical Experimentation"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode of "Cracking the Secrets of Math," We discuss our unique approach to validating simulation models of corrosion by using a physical experiment and apparatus, the Scanning Vibration Electrode Technique (SVET). Instead of traditional piezo electrodes, we repurposed a 3D printer and employed a solenoid to create the desired vibrations. By exploring different mechanical techniques and utilizing current density maps, we will contribute new insights to corrosion research and validate our computational models.
