I'm so excited to be here and share stories and advice and just chat with you all about anything and everything under the sun. 
On this channel, I'll discuss topics like, mental health awareness and coping with stress and anxiety, wellness and fitness and my personal journey, struggles within family relationships and friendships, navigating life and the world as someone in your 20's, self-care tips and tricks I live by for; skincare, makeup, body care and haircare, and just about everything in-between. 
I will also have another segment on this show called The Cozy Edit, where I will have another guest co-host that episode with me.
