We draw from Jung and also from Robert Johnson's book Owning Your Own Shadow, as well as mythology, fairytales, and symbols to explore the concept of the Shadow. The Shadow within us contains the dark parts of ourselves that we don't want to acknowledge, but it also contains the ALCHEMICAL GOLD and the magic that we hide from others as well. We learn how to recognize these hidden parts of ourselves and become conscious of them so that we can live a more vital and successful life.
