According to the statistics we are listened to in 9 countries (US,UK and Canada) we are global !!!!!! What will you be doing to wind down this year? It is very important to take some time out to relax. One way to relax is to mentally switch off, take time off work or even quit your job if you can afford to do so, noting is worth you feeling unhappy during these uncertain times (alright maybe don’t quit) but try and take time out to just relax and absolutely do nothing.
