On this episode of Conversations at Elevation, Jay and Clayton are joined by Dr. Emily Monago from the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). Jay and Clayton discuss Dr. Monago's journey into higher education and the history of the ODEI Office. We dive into the importance of ODEI on college campuses and continuing the conversation around the topic with both students and faculty/staff. We talk about the history of the Black 14 as well as what to expect with the Black 14 Social Justice Summer Institute.
