In this episode, I spoke with Pat Jones, COO of the DULUX Group. He joined Dulux in 1995 and was appointed to his current position in May 2011. Patrick has undertaken various commercial and business management roles, including General Manager of Dulux Paints New Zealand from May 2008.As a COO, he is responsible for the Dulux group strategy and motivating the 14 Direct reports. Despite having a very busy schedule, Pat often spends time on the road meeting clients and getting first-hand feedback. During the interview, he shared his career journey, views on leadership and technology and some of his hobbies outside work, including fishing, running and occasional Netflix binge.
