Rebecca has been the Principle Resilience Planner for the City of Pittsburgh for 61/2 years and has helped facilitate many conservation projects. During the conversation, she fills us in on Pittsburgh's newest park-Hays Woods. Rebecca also details the history of this 660 acre area, the meaning behind the conservation designation, and what kind of activities might be allowed. Also discussed are how deer and invasive worms are increasing landslide probabilities, the city's Greenway areas, and a new project that has been recently funded for 2022.
