Confidentially Insecure is a podcast focusing on the health and well being of young people. The goal is to normalise the conversation about mental health in young people and in particular young men. How we aim to achieve this is by having open and honest conversations with a wide variety of people about there lives and how mental health impacts on them. Mental health is at the heart of Confidentially Insecure, however it is never supposed to provide any answers. It is simply the coming together of ordinary people, in a relaxed setting, to discuss issues that they have faced and provide support
