At the start of the Academy year I give a speech about what I think it takes to build a business in 2020.

This year’s (the final year for the Academy) was informed by the experiment I conducted in the last half of 2019.

I had 38 students raise there hands, pay me money and commit to spending 5 fifty minute work sessions a week. They were absolutely certain they must build a $10,000 dollar a month business in 6 months.

The vast majority failed miserably.

But unlike, most courses, from Monday to Friday of each week they allowed me to observe what they were (and weren’t doing).

There were two things those who failed did miserably.

I felt it was so important. I’m sending this to everyone on my list.

Listen or not - I don’t really care but you don’t get these two things right - you’re not going to build a business.
