Jesus is present in the Synagogue teaching and discovers a woman bent over with an infirmity for 18 years in that condition. He calls her to him to the ruler of the synagogue's dismay. The exchange between Jesus, the ruler and people present forms the basis of our discussions. Why will a Daughter of Abraham be in such a condition for 18 years ?
