Agent Briggs is desperate to get information that will help him fulfill Mayor Garfield "Lucky" DuBois's plans. The crotchety Mayor of Grassssssside Greene wants to wipe his rival, Middling Fair, off the map. But Briggs is finding Giles, the Front Desk Clerk at the Venus Arms Hotel and Towers, to be a rather mediocre undercover spy.
