We would like to introduce our new podcast series – Collavare Work Series. We spend a significant part of our lives at work and for several people work defines and gives identity. Collavare Work Series will be exploring concepts and practices of work as we know it today, as well as looking at what the future of work holds for us. The modern day workplace was largely shaped during the industrial age, and according to Julian Birkinshaw of the London Business School “We have become prisoners of a traditional way of working that we inherited from the industrial era”. We need to ask ourselves whether we can find better ways of working for the future.
