Interview With Jack Decker        This is an excellent interview, with Jack. His views on the goverenment and knowledge of history is vast. He has a new idea that just might work, though I have some concerns which I voiced in the interview. His idea is to replace Congess with states governors and state legislators. get rid of most of the federal departments as they are just duplicated at the state level.
