“It didn’t start with gas chambers. It started with one party controlling the media, one party controlling the message, one party deciding what is truth, one party censoring speech and silencing opposition. One party dividing citizens into Us vs Them and calling on their supporters to harass them. It started when good people turned a blind eye and let it happen.” I would never minimize what happened in the Holocaust and the heinous crimes against humanity that took place. However, the rhetoric is very similar to today. When the NYC Governor states they will come door to door to vaccinate or remove citizens to a safe place so we cannot spread disease- we have to stop and ask why is this happening? Why are our friends and neighbors pushing for us to get an experimental drug for a virus with a 99.8% survival rate? Why are they asking us to report on others? The CDC reported that people who are vaccinated are just as likely to spread this virus as well as contract it so why the push for this never before used medical technology? This is not a red or blue issues, this is a humanity issue. The fear of others is spreading and it is coming out as bullying, anger and hate speech. Celebrities are putting us against one another- ironic that people who lived comfortably during the pandemic in their million dollar homes are now telling us what to do. We need to awaken, to rise. Remember who you are.
