Today, October 12 is my 1 year explantaversary! What a year it’s been! A year of emotion, learning and challenges that all lead to growth. I also learned so much more about breast implant illness and proper explant protocols. I spent this year speaking to women who have been through this, pioneers in helping other women find resources and doctors to help them. One woman in particular was Amanda Porta @theholisticbeautycoach. She not only helped me but she brought me on as an extension of her holistic breast team. I was able to perform Reiki on women before or after their explant surgeries. I got to hear their stories. I am so grateful to have been a small part of their healing journey. This year I learned about detoxing the body. I prayed and meditated daily. I worked extremely hard this year in healing myself. It was a privilege to be able to do so and I took none of it for granted. Take a listen and celebrate with me!
