As part of this year's International Women's Day celebration, Codurance Talks presents our Women in Tech edition, a two-episode series in which our software craftsperson Solange will interview different women from around the company. In this first episode, our two guests are Aurelija Zubaviciute and Cherry Tsui, both craftsperson at Codurance with very different backgrounds.
In an interesting and personal conversation, they will talk about their entry into the tech industry and their trajectory from different roles. Based on their experience, they will reflect on issues such as the support system in the workplace, female representation in technology and how to encourage girls to work in tech.
