Riding on the roads has become daunting for many riders, which is why the Dead Slow Campaign by the British Horse Society has had such an impact. Alan Hiscox, Director of Safety at the BHS has spearheaded the campaign, alongside his colleague Des, and is extremely passionate about educating not just drivers, but riders too. His time in the Mounted Police gave him invaluable experiences and he shares with us some fun ways to help prepare your horse, ready to go out on the roads!
