Kate Wendelboe, ACC is an advocate of coaching as a key leadership tool and foundational block of inclusive corporate culture. She is a co-director of strategy and growth at a multinational telco and founder of Recalibration Coaching where she helps people who are at a crossroads in their career. Her educational background has been in language and business and she had an MBA from Cambridge’s Judge Business School where she specialised in culture, arts and media management.
