On today’s episode I speak Rajesh Malhotra, a serial entrepreneur and investor from India. In this episode we speak about the lessons that that he has learned over the span of his 20-year career, that has seen him launch six furniture-based companies and invest in multiple tech start-ups.


Growing up in humble circumstances, Rajesh always knew deep down that he to be a successful and lead a life that treated him well. The problem was that he had no money and had no idea where to start. This dreamer spirit did not sit well with those around him who wanted him to stay in his lane.
He decided to take any job he could find and allow it to define a path for him.
The job he took was as a traveling salesman. This allowed him to understand sales and consumer psychology, which would later prove to be invaluable skills on his entrepreneurial journey. Rajesh reveals the framework for ensuring long-term business success.
He also speaks about the key characteristics that he developed, as well as how he maintained his relentless drive and belief in the earlier days when results were lacking.
