On this episode I am joined by England Long Distance Elite Athlete Kate Drew who specialises in Half Marathons and Marathons. 2022 was a successful year where she qualified for her second england vest as well as pbed in the Half 3 times as well as pbing in valencia with a broken toe. She is currently out training in Kenya but took the time out of her busy schedule to sit down and chat about her breakthrough year.
