Advent is a season of waiting. We remember that for centuries God’s people waited for the Messiah, and he came as promised at just the right time. And we’re waiting for Jesus to return as he promised. His return may or may not happen in our lifetime, but no matter what, we are to live in such a way that we’ll be ready for him. We’ll talk more about this as well as the final judgment this Sunday. A sermon outline is attached.
