Dick Richards is a man of many talents. I first met him nearly 20 years ago through the (then) new world of blogging, and I eventually met him in person at an event he facilitated in Minneapolis and I was intrigued with his process called Naming Your Genius. I eventually brought Dick to Fargo to facilitate Genius workshops as part of an event called the Bigger Small Talk Summit, which I hosted for 3 subsequent years somewhere around 2008. His 30-year career in deep energy work as it relates to executive leadership and communication is so important, and in this episode we talk about some of his experiences as a consultant which took him to 14 different countries.
