Do you want to have a golden year? Then you need to have a spiritual commitment.  1 Cor 9:25 “Every athlete in training submits to strict discipline, in order to be crowned with a wreath that will not last; but we do it for one that will last forever”. Going for Gold is not about activity, but about commitment. Commitment does not make sense to the non-committed.
