Why change milestones? Eliminate crawling as a milestone? Add 3 months to milestone of talking and 6 months to the milestone of walking??? I thought that the definition of milestone is "a stone set up beside a road to mark the distance in miles to a particular place." You can't change a mile marker like that! If it is a mile from one place to another, that DOES NOT CHANGE!
