Heidi and Ellen catch up on the election (!!), Heidi's retreat at Esalen and a bunch of other news. Then they take questions from Emma and Marcia.  Emma is a return guest. She is going to graduate from her mental health counseling program next summer. She wonders how to best prepare for this upcoming milestone (11:37). Marcia is a longtime yoga teacher and recent graduate of an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program and is now a certified health coach. She asks about the wisdom of combining her two professions, what to do with so many interests and how best to use her gifts (20:55).
